To pee on the bed!

I’m Marley and I’m a very special cat. I came to Doodle’s as a foster kitten in September of 2008. I decided right away that litter boxes are okay for peeing in, but I was not about to poop in one of them! It doesn't matter that Meowmy cleans them as soon as someone goes...it just isn't for me. I don’t even care what kind of litter is in there - I ain't going poop in there. Apparently, that’s not something a lot of hoomans are willing to deal with, so I ended up staying here. I’m so glad I did.

I wasn't feeling well a little while ago and Meowmy did everything she could to help me feel better. She said I had something called stomatitis. It really hurt to eat, so I stopped doing that. I ended up getting a feeding tube for the 2nd time in my life, but I still wasn’t doing well. The vet took the tube out and also took out all my teeth (really?!?). I was still having problems, but Meowmy didn’t give up. She kept trying and found a food that I really liked and that didn’t hurt me when I ate it. I think she was happier than I was! I’ve been doing better, especially after I got that nasty wire out of my mouth (the vet broke my jaw to get some of my teeth out!). I’m feeling like my old self again, only better. My Meowmy is the best...I think she really loves me!
