Give you a surprise bite to let you know I'm here...surprise!
Hi folks – My name is Mani. If you come to visit us, I’m probably one of the first cats you will meet. I like to answer the door and greet our guests to make them feel welcome. That’s how I felt when I moved here, and I want everyone to feel that way. I met Meowmy Jenn at an adoption event when I was an adorable 9 week old kitten. Even though I was really cute and sweet, no one wanted me. See, I’m a black cat, with just a little white on my belly. When Jenn found out that people think black cats are bad luck, she scooped me up and brought me home so I wouldn’t have to grow up in a cage and without a family. I do my best to be friends with everyone, even that brat Red! Turns out it was a good thing I ended up here. A few years ago, I started having problems walking and didn’t feel so good. It was really strange and scary and I knew Meowmy Jenn was worried about me. She took really good care of me and although we still don’t know what happened, I got better. I make sure to let Meowmy know every day how much I love and appreciate her for taking such good care of me.
